Jacob is a Senior Associate for the Climate Intelligence program.
Background
Prior to joining RMI, Jacob spent two years as a legislative aide with the Office of State Senator Michael J. Barrett in the Massachusetts State Legislature. While working with Senator Barrett, the office crafted energy legislation which became an Act to Advance Clean Energy, signed into law by the Governor during the summer of 2018.
