Connor is a manager with RMI’s Climate-Aligned Industries Program, where he leads the International Trade and Policy team. His team provides cross-cutting support for our sectoral initiatives, assessing the implications of policy developments and advocating for increased climate ambition and regulatory clarity.

He also manages the Green Hydrogen Catapult, a joint initiative between RMI and the UN’s High-Level Climate Champions, and co-coordinates the Breakthrough Agenda’s Demand Creation & Management priority action with the Clean Energy Ministerial.

Background

Before joining RMI, Connor worked at the International REC Standard Foundation, supporting the development of tracking mechanisms for green molecules (hydrogen, biomethane, and SAFs). Prior to this role, Connor worked for an Australian state government to develop and implement various hydrogen policies and programs to decarbonize hard-to-abate sectors.
