Kait is an executive assistant supporting multiple roles across several programs, including Managing Director Leia Guccione of the Carbon Free Transportation Program, Managing Director Sarah Ladislaw of the US Program, and Chief Communications Officer Dina Cappiello.

Background

Kait is originally from Connecticut, but Colorado is her home for the past 17 years. Her professional career spans the luxury hospitality and leisure travel industries, event planning, estate management, and other PA/EA roles for various clients and companies over the past decade. She looks forward to a “change of scenery,” surrounding herself with new conversations and learning in her new role at RMI.
